This is my first entry for the first week of 23 Things. I am excited about the prospect of learning new technology which until now have avoided. This is probably due to my being somewhat of an introvert.
Yesterday, the book discussion group talked about "Snow Flower and the Secret Fan" by Lisa See. I found a NPR piece done in 2007 about the survivors of foot binding. I played the piece and that is how we started the discussion. There was one woman who said how much she regretted binding her feet, but if you didn't, no one would marry you. A very good book.
